01 Bio.

Brett + Crystal + a little house = Vital

Brett – I’m a food guy… in addition to eating a lot of it, I’ve spent the last 15 years working in restaurants, from burgers and pizza joints to Denver’s Brown Palace Hotel, where I made pastries and petit fours for the lobby tea, desserts for the restaurants, and the occasional wedding cake. Now I screenprint and sew and manage our Etsy shop! I really like bacon. And coffee. And Crystal.

Crystal – Call me a maker. It’s more than something I do - it’s ingrained. I need to be creating things all the time; if not, I get a little on edge. Vital helps keep me sane! What do I do when I’m not making things? Talk about making things better; whether it’s the restaurant we’re dining at, the chair I’m sitting in or the town in which I live.
Oh… and I ski!

A tiny little home/studio - we work out of our house in Denver, Colorado. It’s filled to the rafters (literally) with fabrics, sewing machines, tshirts, screenprinting supplies, paints… Vital has taken over our entire house!

01 the Product.

The shirts are supplied by the noted vendor, otherwise everything is designed and created in small batches by hand in our studios in Denver, Colorado. To that end, all items will have unique characteristics. Images may not be an exact replica of the items received, but instead should be taken to represent the form, shape, style, and quality the customer can expect. (Our studios are smoke and pet free, unless you count one small fish.)

We are not creating uniforms, so do not expect uniformity.

02 How do I purchase Vital?

ETSY.com: Etsy is an online venue for those selling handmade goods. Here all our current offering is listed for sale. Updated daily.

We also sell at a variety of boutiques and craft fairs. Check out our blog to stay current on upcoming events.

03 Wholesale.

Please email wholesale inquires to us@brandvital.com. We are not reviewing consignment requests at this time.

01 Domestic.

Unless noted otherwise, all our product is in stock and ships quickly. Packages are sent out on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If for some reasons this is not possible, we will notify you with the scheduled ship date. All domestic orders are shipped first class USPS with delivery confirmation. If you'd like insurance, please send a convo and we will get you a quote.
Also, we ship your items to the address listed on your Etsy receipt. If you'd like your package to go somewhere else, please let us know.

02 International.

Global orders are shipped USPS First-Class Mail International. International shipping usually takes 1-2 weeks in transit, but varies by location (and can take up to a month or more). Tracking information IS NOT available and we are not responsible for customs charges. Please be aware of your country's regulations before you order. Because of this we can not be responsible for any lost international mail. Sorry. If you have any concerns please contact us before you place your order.

01 Payment.

Preferred payment method is PayPal. However, we can accommodate special payment request if arranged prior to placing your order. We do have the ability to process credit cards outside of PayPal, if needed. Payment is expected at the time your order is submitted with Etsy. If you are having difficultly submitting payment, please contact us as soon as possible. If payment is NOT received and we are NOT contacted we will cancel your order and leave negative feedback. We really dislike doing that. So please, please contact us if you are having trouble submitting payment or do not intend on paying. Please note: Items paid for via Echeck are mailed when the check clears with PayPal.

02 Sales tax.

we are required to add 7.720% sales tax to all orders with a Colorado shipping address.

03 Customs fees.

Attention International customers: seller is not responsible for custom duties or import tariffs, taxes, fees or delays caused by customs. please be aware that you may be required to pay these additional charges when the package reaches your country. you may wish to verify with your local customs office for estimates of these charges and for further information. please do not ask us to mark as gift or change the declared pricing on the customs form. we are a company that frequently ships international orders and we cannot put false information on customs documentation.

01 Returns and Exchanges.

If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us. We will provide a refund or exchange (domestic only) for any unused items in original condition, less shipping charges. Credits or replacement items will not be sent until we receive the item to be returned. We need to be notified of returns or exchanges before you return the item and need to receive items within 30 days of original payment. Returns and exchanges on custom orders is determined on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of Vital Industries.

If you'd like to be added to our email list, please send an email to us@brandvital.com. We only email when something new and exciting happens, so no worries about annoyingness is needed.
